Indiana Athletics Honors December Graduates

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — The Indiana Department of Intercollegiate Athletics celebrated the achievement of 23 student-athletes from seven sports that were eligible to participate in IU's 2022 December Commencement on December 17.
"Commencement is an event that our graduating student-athletes, their parents, and their loved ones will never forget, and I congratulate all of those individuals on this special day," said IU Vice President and Director of Athletics Scott Dolson. "We take tremendous pride in the academic accomplishments of our student-athletes, and this is the ultimate goal for every IU student-athlete when they first arrive on the Bloomington campus.
"Indiana University is one of the premier academic institutions in the world, and an Indiana University degree means that every one of these graduates is well prepared for what comes next in their lives. I'm excited to see what those next stages are, and I'm also looking forward to welcoming them back to campus soon as IU graduates."
