Parker, VanBrandt & Hess Named CSC Academic All-District

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– Indiana Softball's Avery Parker, Aly VanBrandt and Taylor Hess earned Academic All-District Team honors from the College Sports Communicators on Tuesday.
The distinction recognizes top student-athletes for excellence in the classroom and on the field.
Avery Parker has been selected a CSC Academic All-America Finalist and has advanced to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First, second and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on June 17.
The group each played a key role in leading Indiana to a third consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance for the first time in program history.
