BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Wilkinson Hall will be filled to capacity when top-ranked and undefeated Nebraska comes to town on Saturday, November 22nd for the final home match of the season. IU's ticket office announced on Wednesday (Sept. 17) that general admission tickets have been sold out for the senior day contest. Limited student and staff tickets will be available with a valid crimson card.
IU's home court has been a tough place for opposing teams to play at over the last four seasons. Since the beginning of 2022, the Hoosiers are 31-13 at Wilkinson Hall. They are off to a 3-0 start this season and will welcome Washington for the Big Ten home opener on Saturday, September 27th.
As a team, IU is off to its first 8-0 start since 2017. It's just the fourth time since the turn of the century that the program has won the opening eight games of the season. The Hoosiers wrap up the non-conference portion of the schedule this weekend (Sept. 19-20) at the Alyssa Cavanaugh Classic on the campus of Western Kentucky.
Tickets for IU's remaining home games, which includes a big matchup against Purdue at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, can be found online at IU's ticket office website. If Nebraska is still ranked No. 1 in the country when it comes to town, it will be the ninth time that the Hoosiers host the top-ranked team in the country in Bloomington. Nebraska was also the No. 1 team in the nation during the 2016 season.
