Ault, Maher Win Weekly Awards

EAST LANSING, Mich. — Indiana men's soccer senior forward Palmer Ault and sophomore defender Josh Maher featured in the Big Ten weekly awards, the conference office announced on Tuesday (Sept. 23).
Seven different Hoosiers have won eight of the 20 available weekly awards through five cycles.
Ault also earned Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week honors. The Noblesville, Indiana, native scored a hat trick and added an assist, totaling seven points in Indiana's 4-1 victory at Penn State on Friday. Ault leads the Big Ten in goals (7) and points (17).
Indiana has won the Big Ten's best attacker honor in four of five weeks, with Ault earning it twice.
Maher scored Indiana's first goal in the road win, an equalizing header that Ault assisted from the corner. Redshirt junior Breckin Minzey previously earned the defensive honor on September 9.
The Hoosiers play another conference road contest Tuesday night at Michigan State. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. ET, and fans can watch the match on the Big Ten Network.
