BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Four Indiana divers added a second event to their programs for the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships on Tuesday (March 10), the second day of the NCAA Zone C Diving Championships inside the Jones Natatorium on the campus of Eastern Michigan University.
Having all qualified on one springboard Monday, the Hoosier quartet of senior Maxwell Weinrich, sophomore Joshua Sollenberger and juniors Lily Witte and Ella Roselli just needed top 12 finishes in Tuesday's events. They can all qualify for a third event – platform – with similar performances Wednesday.
On the 3-meter springboard, Witte got her second runner-up finish in two days with a score of 652.60. Roselli bounced back from a failed dive – meaning she scored no points – in the second round of prelims to finish No. 8 overall.
