BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – No. 12 Indiana (14-5, 0-2 MPSF) water polo will face a pair of MPSF foes on the road this wakened as it travels to No. 20 San Jose State on Friday and No. 4 Cal on Saturday.

- The Hoosiers are coming off a 2-2 weekend at the Aztec Invitational where it faced four Top 25 teams. They picked up wins over No. 14 Princeton and No. 24 Pomona-Pitzer and were led by a combined 10 goals from senior Louisa Downes. Downes also had eight assists, three drawn exclusions and a steal.
- Downes, a Queensland, Australia, native leads Indiana in scoring with 46 goals (6th in MPSF), 27 assists (9th in MPSF) and 73 points (4th in MPSF).
- Senior goalie Jasmine Higgs is leading all keepers in saves this season, having recorded 163. She combined for 34 saves in four games last weekend. Higgs scored IU's game winner against No. 14 Princeton on Saturday with a buzzer beating, cross pool score to win the game.
- Freshman Kylie Williams is Indiana's second leading scorer with 34 goals in her rookie season. She is also leading the way for IU in drawn exclusions (38), which ranks third in the MPSF.
