Indiana Field Hockey Announces 2026 Home Game Spirit Themes

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– The Indiana Field Hockey program has announced the 2026 promotional calendar and spirit themes for this season's home games.
The dates of the 2026 homes games with the corresponding themes are listed below.
September 4 – New Hampshire – Childhood Cancer Awareness Day
September 7 – Central Michigan – Senior Day
September 26 – Michigan – SAB Redline & Student Clinic
October 11 – Ohio – Youth Clinic / Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day
October 16 – Northwestern – International Day
October 23 – Penn State – Breast Cancer Awareness
October 25 – Maryland – Umpire Appreciation Day
The dates of the 2026 homes games with the corresponding themes are listed below.
September 4 – New Hampshire – Childhood Cancer Awareness Day
- Fans are encouraged to wear gold for pediatric cancer awareness.
- Yellow squishy will be given away to the first 100 fans.
September 7 – Central Michigan – Senior Day
- The program's academic seniors will be honored and recognized.
- There will be a free t-shirt giveaway to the first 100 fans.
September 26 – Michigan – SAB Redline & Student Clinic
- This game will be the Student Athletic Board's Redline Game.
- Members of the student body are invited to stay after the game to participate in mini field hockey games along with skills and drills with players on the team.
- Chick-Fil-A Student Giveaway (for Student Clinic participants only).
October 11 – Ohio – Youth Clinic / Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day
- Young fans who meet participation requirements are invited to join our players pregame for a brief session of fun skills and drills.
- Appropriate sign-up forms and waivers must be completed prior to participation.
- More details will be released soon.
- Free Kona Ice will be provided to all Youth Clinic participants.
October 16 – Northwestern – International Day
- All nationalities will be celebrated and recognized at the game and in the sport of field hockey.
- International players from Indiana and Northwestern will be recognized.
- Food giveaway (first 50 fans).
October 23 – Penn State – Breast Cancer Awareness
- Fans are encouraged to wear pink for breast cancer awareness.
- Pink sock giveaway (first 150 fans).
October 25 – Maryland – Umpire Appreciation Day
- Prior to the game, the officiating crew will be recognized as part of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA)'s Umpire Appreciation efforts.
- Food giveaway (first 50 fans).
