TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The men's and women's cross country teams concluded the John McNichols Invitational on Saturday morning with personal best times and a top-5 finish.

The women's 6K championship started the morning of competition. Katy Zang had another strong showing, finishing second with a time 19:15.7.

Lily Myers and Maddie Rocchio followed with times of 21:05.1 and 21:05.8 (PR), respectively.

Michaela Quinn (22:03.4) and Ava Jarrell (22:09.5) rounded out the scoring finishes to put Indiana in 12^th place.

In the men's championship 8K, Liam Bauschke was the top finisher for the Hoosiers with a time of 25:07.5.

The Hoosiers also saw Tony Orovenzano (25:15.8), Dylon Nalley (25:16.4), Ahmed Saleh (25:46.7), and Sam Quagliaroli (25:54.6) as scoring runners to finish 23^rd.

UP NEXT
Indiana will have the week for training before heading north to South Bend, Ind. to compete in the Notre Dame Joe Piane Invitational on Friday, October 2^nd.
