Ben Tate is in his fifth season with Indiana Women’s Basketball program in 2025-26.
Tate joins the program after six years at his alma mater, Denison University in Grainville, Ohio. He was elevated to the role of Associate Head Athletic Trainer in 2017.
As an undergrad at Denison, Tate was one of three students in his graduating class that was part of the Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP). The Erie, Pennsylvania native accumulated 98 clinical and 20 external site hours per semester after beginning the ATEP program as a sophomore. Tate graduated from Denison in May of 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in athletic training.
Tate is married to his wife, Kela, and has two daughters, Arianna and Zuri.
