Earlston Bean begins his 15th year as a member of IU Athletics’ senior management team.
Bean, a member of the Senior Staff, oversees the daily and game-day operations across all 24 varsity sports. His experience spans executing championships, and liaising with University and conference leadership. Bean is the primary sports administrator for the women's soccer and cross country and track and field. He also represents Indiana on the Big Ten Olympic Sports Committee.
Before coming to Indiana, Bean held positions in various departments at Michigan State University, Florida Athletic University, and Augusta State University.
