BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – No. 16 Indiana looks to bounce back on Wednesday night when it hosts Minnesota in action on Peacock at 8 p.m. ET inside Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.

Minnesota edged out Nebraska, 62-58, at home on Sunday. Sophomore guard Amaya Battle hit a three-pointer with nine second remaining to seal the win. Sophomore guard Mallory Heyer led the way with 16 points as she earned a spot on the Big Ten Player of the Week honor roll. Sophomore guard Mara Braun leads five players who average double figures (19.0 ppg.). The Gophers are averaging 77.6 points and shooting 44.4 percent from the field.

NOTES
- Indiana trails by one in the all-time series but has won six-straight and nine of the last 10 dating back to the 2015-16 season. The Hoosiers won the only meeting between the two schools last season, a 77-54 victory at Williams Arena on Feb. 1, 2023.
- Wednesday will serve as a chance for the Hoosiers to bounce back as it dropped its first Big Ten game of the season in an 84-57 loss at Iowa on Saturday night. It snapped a 13-game season win streak and five-game streak that started off league play. Graduate student forward Mackenzie Holmes had a team-high 16 points against the Hawkeyes, while senior guard Sydney Parrish and sophomore guard Yarden Garzon each added 11 points.
- Senior guard Chloe Moore-McNeil continues to be the Hoosiers' floor general along with added scoring to begin conference play. The Greenfield, Tenn. native is averaging a team second-best 13.3 points per game in Big Ten action while dishing out 4.3 assists, 2.5 rebounds and has picked up just eight fouls in 204 minutes of action.
- Senior guard Sydney Parrish has also turned it up on the offensive end in the last four games for IU. She's shooting 61.8 percent from the floor, 57.1percent from the 3-point line and averaging 16.3 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game. In wins over Michigan and at Nebraska, she combined for 9-for-11 from the 3-point line and earned a spot on the Big Ten Player of the Week honor roll.
