BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The No. 14 Hoosiers will look to improve to 5-0 in the Big Ten for the first time ever when it hosts Penn State on Wednesday night.

Penn State is coming off a 95-55 win over Northwestern at home on Jan. 2. Four players scored in double figures behind 17 points from Ali Brigham. Shay Ciezki is the team's active leading scorer with 16.2 points per game. Leading scorer and preseason All-Big Ten honoree Makenna Marisa has missed the last four games with an injury (17.2 ppg.). The Lady Lions average 88.6 points per outing, the league's third highest scoring offense.

- Indiana extended its win streak to 12 games with a 91-69 win at Nebraska on Sunday. It improved to 4-0 in the Big Ten for the second time in program history (the other in 2019-20).
- It was led by a pair of 20 point scorers in the win with graduate student forward Mackenzie Holmes leading the way with 22 points. Senior guard Sydney Parrish added 20 as she hit six triples. The Hoosiers shot 60.7 percent from the floor and 60.9 percent from 3-point range.
- Their 14 3-pointers set a school record for most in a road game in school history. Parrish and senior guard Sara Scalia (five) combined for 11 of the 14 from the arc.
- A win on Wednesday would improve IU to 5-0 in Big Ten play, a mark they've never reached before. It remains just one of two Big Ten unbeatens (Iowa).
- The Hoosiers are leading the nation in field goal percentage, shooting 52.1 percent. They have shot 50 percent or better on eight occasions, shooting 60 percent or better three times this season.
- In the series with Penn State, IU has won six straight and 10 of the last 11 meetings.
