
Indiana Closes Fall Slate at Old Waverly Golf Club

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana women's golf team will wrap the four-tournament fall slate at The Ally at the Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, Miss. The three-day, 54-hole competition will begin on Monday, Oct. 21.

TOURNAMENT NOTES
• Indiana will be paired with Mississippi State and Vanderbilt in the opening rounds with a tee time of 12:09 p.m. ET.
• The second round will begin with rolling tee times at 9:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday morning. The third round will be determined based on travel schedules on Tuesday morning.
• This season will mark the fifth-straight year that head coach Brian May will bring his team to The Ally. While at Kentucky, his squad finished 12th in 2020 and ninth in the '21. IU finished ninth in 2022 and third in '23.
• Old Waverly has hosted several high-profile championship golf events, including the SEC Women's Championship, the Women's US Mid-Am, and most notably, the 1999 US Women's Open won by World Golf Hall of Famer, Juli Inkster.
• The 16-team field is headlined by No. 5 Mississippi State. Vanderbilt (No. 11), Auburn (No. 19), Florida (No. 45) all cracked the top 50 of the first edition of the NCAA Division I Scoreboard rankings powered by Clippd. The Hoosiers debuted at No. 66 in the poll.
