Hoosiers Ready For 2024 Battle 4 Atlantis

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana women's basketball is set to take part in the 2024 Battle 4 Atlantis Nov. 23-25 at the Atlantis Paradise Island resort in the Bahamas. They tipoff the tournament versus Columbia on Saturday.

Columbia is off to a 4-1 start including a victory over Pacific at hone on Wednesday. Through five games, the Lions are averaging 75.4 points per game and are led by senior guard Reily Weiss' 15.6 ppg. Four of five Columbia starters average double figures including junior guard/forward Perri Page who adds 10.8 points and a team-high 8.0 boards per outing. The Lions were picked to finish second in the Ivy League this season, behind favorite Princeton.

- Indiana returns to the Bahamas for the second time in three seasons. It played in the Baha Mar Pink Flamingo Tournament where it split games with Stanford and Miami (FL).
- The Hoosiers picked up their first Top 25 win of the season when it defeated No. 24/23 Stanford at home on Sunday. Three players scored in double figures behind 21 points from graduate student guard Chloe Moore-McNeil. Junior guard Shay Ciezki added 19 points and Garzon had 18 including four 3-pointers.
- In the win over No. 24/23 Stanford, Ciezki posted a season-high 19 points by going 7-for-13 from the floor and 2-for-3 from beyond the arc. The Penn State transfer has started in all four games for the Hoosiers and one of five players averaging double figures for Indiana (10.3 ppg.).
- Garzon paces IU as its leading scorer through three games, averaging 15.3 points per game including a 41.7 clip from beyond the arc. The 2025 Cheryl Miller Award preseason honoree returns as the program's most accurate 3-point shooter from a season ago, where she went 42.8 percent from the arc last season. The Ra'anana, Israel native averaged 11.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game as a sophomore where she started in 32 games.
