BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana track and field opened the Indiana Invitational on Friday (January 17) inside Gladstein Fieldhouse with nine different event winners and several personal bests on first day of the event.
"I thought the women's (4x400m) team did a nice job of getting out and competing very hard leg for leg," said associate head coach Valerie Brown. "Being able to get the school record shows that we are definitely trying to put ourselves in a position for what's really important moving forward. We have a lot of options for the relays that we can play around with, but those four ladies we ran today did a nice job."
