Williams And Dunac Advance To Semifinals At ITA Regionals

CINCINNATI, Ohio – Indiana doubles pair second year Hi'ilani Williams and fourth year Elisabeth Dunac advanced to the semifinals of the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championships with a win on Sunday morning hosted by the University of Cincinnati.
Williams and Dunac secured a spot in the semifinals with an 8-1 triumph against Faulkner/Oliveira (Miami OH). It was on the heels of an 8-6 win over Frank/Wilson (Purdue) in the quarterfinals on Saturday afternoon. Additionally, their path to the semis included wins over Fuduric/Popovski (Cincinnati) in the Round of 64 (8-2) and an 8-5 win over Kamigata/Yli-Piipari (Tennessee) in the Round of 32.
With four-consecutive match victories, Williams and Dunac will return to the court tomorrow. Draws and match times can be found here.
