NOTES
- Senior guard Shay Ciezki was named to the media's All-Big Ten first team and coaches second team while freshman forward Maya Makalusky earned All-Big Ten freshman team honors for the 2025-26 season. Ciezki picks up her second league honors, earning a nod on the All-Big Ten second team in 2023-24. Makalusky becomes the ninth freshman in program history to earn a place on the all-freshman team.
- Makalusky earned the final Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor for her performances against Rutgers and Penn State last week. It was the second time she has earned the honor this season. Makalusky averaged averaging 17.0 points, 4.5 rebound and shooting 47.4 percent from the floor.
- The Hoosiers are making their 32nd appearance in the Big Ten Tournament where it holds an all-time record of 24-32 record in the Big Ten Tournament, which began in 1995. They have never entered as the No. 13 seed and will face Nebraska for the first time in the postseason tournament. IU has also appeared in two championship games through its history in the event (2002, 2022).
- If the season ended today, the Hoosiers would set a new program record for free throw percentage currently sitting a 79.8 percent. It would top last season's record-breaking performance of 79.0 in 2024-25. Two Hoosiers rank in the Top 50 nationally in free throw percentage with Ciezki averaging 90.8 percent (third) and redshirt sophomore guard Lenée Beaumont is 31st overall at 86.7 percent.
- Indiana dropped its meeting with Nebraska this year, a 78-73 decision in Lincoln on Jan. 8. Ciezki had 31 points in the decision, along with 12 points from Makalusky.
