BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana women's soccer travels north as they continue through their conference schedule. The Hoosiers will head to Evanston, Ill. to face Northwestern on Sunday, September 27 at 1 pm EST.

Indiana travel after suffering a loss to Minnesota in Bloomington.
Defender Grace Hamm had a shot opportunity early on but was unable to find the first goal for the Hoosiers.
Goalkeeper Dani Jacobson had a strong showing in the first half, holding the game to a 0-0 tie going into halftime with a save recorded.
Ava Westlund scored the first goal in the 53rd minute. She was assisted by Katelyn Rigg.
Minnesota scored in the 58th minute to take a 2-0 lead. Caroline Birdsell was credited the goal and assisted by Taylor Heimeri.
Midfielder Maggie Ledwith found the back of the net late to make it a 2-1 match, but the Hoosiers were unable to find the equalizer late.

IUWS will have a week of training before returning to the pitch on Sunday, October 4th. Ther Hoosiers will return home to face off against Michigan on The Big Ten Network. The match is set to start at 12 pm EST.
