BLOOMINGTON, Ind. –––– As Indiana Football's Week 5 matchup at Rutgers on Saturday (October 3) approaches, running back Lee Beebe Jr. and defensive lineman Tobi Osunasnmi addressed the media inside the Don Croftcheck Football Team Room on Tuesday (September 29).

On what stands out to him about Rutgers this week...
LB: I would say its secondary and their linebackers. I haven't watched too much on them yet, but I will do that as soon as I get back home.
On any critiques he had on himself after the Northwestern game...
LB: If I was to grade myself, I would probably give myself a solid B plus to just a regular A, just because there's always room for improvement. There were some plays in the game where I did mess up, or I could have had better read here and there. Could have had more yards and could have had an early touchdown.
On his overall assessment on the offensive line...
LB: I feel like they really progressed with getting that movement in the line and just working up to those backers. I would just like to shoutout the receivers because they did a great job blocking down the field and all that. We were all just tuned in.

On what his transition has been like from Kansas State to IU…
TO: Yeah, it's been a great transition. I feel like, uh, we did a good job of kind of getting to know each other and branching out, not just being in our own little corner and being to ourselves. I feel like we did a good job of creating chemistry into off-season, which is being pretty beneficial right now in the season.
On his conversations with Chiddi Obiazor when deciding to transfer…
TO: Yeah, me and Chiddi are really competitive. Honestly, didn't even know he was coming here until I seen him on the visit. We kind of just was keeping to ourselves about the transfer portal and kind of wanted to make our own smart decision and we both kind of landed up here.
On his assessment of the defensive line through four weeks…
TO: There's still a lot of improvements to be made, but whenever we limit our mistakes and limit our brain farts on the D line, I feel like we really get after the quarterback, we really get after the run game. So I feel like that's the goal moving forward.
