Awards: Big Ten All-Freshman team selection (3B) … named Big Ten Freshman of the Week (4/21) following a weekend series victory over Maryland.
Stats: Led the Big Ten in on-base percentage (.514) … broke the IU freshman single-season hit-by-pitch record (17) … became one of four IU freshmen (Hanley, Malamazian, Denny) with at least 40 hits – for the first time since at least 2008 … finished 14th nationally in on-base percentage (.514) … second among freshmen nationally and among power four players in on-base percentage (.514).
