Hoosiers face Ohio on Sunday at IU Field Hockey Complex
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Hoosiers wrap up a five-game road stretch before playing their final non-conference game of the year during their seventh weekend in action. It starts in hostile territory at Evanston, where the 10th-ranked wildcats look for revenge on Indiana's pair of upsets in Bloomington over the last two seasons.
The Hoosiers return for their first home game in three weeks on Sunday, taking on the Bobcats in a reprise of last year's overtime thriller in Athens. This slate sets up a closure of two loaded Big Ten weekends, in which the Hoosiers host three-of-four games at the IU Field Hockey Complex.

Corner Hits:
Wild West
Indiana returned to their home turf after a high-scoring weekend in the Midwest. They went blow-for-blow with No. 24 Iowa at Grant Field, led by Maddie Latino's two goals, but fell to a Hawkeye game-winner in the final 10 minutes. On Sunday, the Billikens jumped to a 3-0 lead and the Hoosiers mustered a valiant comeback effort, drawing 12 shots and 12 penalty corners in the second half.
Latino en Fuego
Hoosier senior Maddie Latino is playing out her final collegiate season and scoring a bunch of goals along the way. She has nine this year, one away from her season best, and leads the Big Ten with four game-winning scores. But Latino has been doing this her whole career, and now she ranks in the Hoosiers' all-time top five for career points (62) and goals (23).
Live from Lakeside…
Making their first visit to Lakeside field under head coach Amanda Janney, the Hoosiers are sure to receive anything but a warm welcome. Indiana has stunned the ranked Wildcats in Bloomington the last two seasons, winning 2-1 last year to give Janney her first top-10 win at IU.
To raise the stakes, Friday's game breaks the current 10-10 series tie between Indiana and Northwestern. The Hoosiers have only won once in Evanston, a 5-4 overtime triumph in 2006.
Bracing for Bobcats
Indiana plays their 10th and final game outside the Big Ten when they host Ohio on Sunday morning. The last time the Hoosiers and Bobcats met, Indiana emerged on top in an overtime battle in Athens, 3-2, on Kate Barber's hat trick performance.
Indiana holds a narrow 6-5 lead in the all-time series, taking the last three meetings. The Hoosiers are 3-2 against the Bobcats in Bloomington.
Windy City Welcome
Friday's game at Northwestern is a homecoming of sorts for sophomore Sheridan Weiss, who hails from nearby Lake Forest, Illinois. Weiss is having a breakout season with two assists, six starts, and the Hoosiers' game winning goal against Wake Forest.
Worth Noting...
• The Hoosiers rank 17th nationally in earning offensive penalty corners (7.2/game, 5th in Big Ten).
• Maddie Latino (9 – 4th) and Ciara Girouard (5 – 14th) rank top-15 in scoring amongst the Big Ten.
• Indiana will wear pink warmup shirts and support ribbons on Sunday against Ohio to recognize National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
• Up Next: The Hoosiers invite Michigan's Big Ten contingency to IU's homecoming weekend, starting with the No. 4 Wolverines on Friday afternoon followed by a Sunday skirmish against the Spartans. Both games will stream live via BTN Plus on BTN2Go.com.
