Sadie Canelli Named Big Ten Co-Defensive Player of the Week

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– Indiana's Sadie Canelli was named the Big Ten Co-Defensive Player of the Week by the conference office on Monday (Sept. 28).
Canelli was outstanding in the cage in Indiana's 1-0 win over No. 13 Michigan this past weekend (Sept. 26).
She logged four saves to preserve the shutout and move Indiana to 6-3 on the season and 2-0 in the Big Ten.
The Hoosiers have won six out of their last seven games and Canelli has played a huge role in that success.

Co-Defensive: Ilse Tromp (#9), Sr., B/M, NU
Co-Defensive: Sadie Canelli (#26), Jr., G, IND
