Mroz Named Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Week

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Indiana men's soccer student-athlete Michal Mroz was named the Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Week on Tuesday (Sept. 22) as his performance preserved a clean sheet on Friday against No. 16-ranked Washington.
Mroz made a season-high eight saves in the 1-0 victory, becoming the first keeper to shut out the Huskies this season. Mroz leads the Big Ten in goals against average (0.38), shutouts (5), save percentage (.875) and victories (7).
Mroz and the unbeaten, No. 2-ranked Hoosiers continue conference play Tuesday night at No. 12 Wisconsin. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET, and fans can watch the match on the Big Ten Network.
